As much as I enjoy cooking, I also enjoy eating out.  It’s always nice to have someone doing the hard work for you!  Even better than that, I enjoy not having to clean up later – that’s my least favorite part of cooking!

This past Sunday, our family headed to The Leisure Club downtown for Bubbles and Brunch.  This is our second time going, and we’ve enjoyed it each time!  For $12, you get to choose to small entrees, and then you can add homestyle potatoes or a fruit salad.  We both always choose the fruit salad – it’s just too pretty!

We typically add bottomless mimosas for an extra $5, which makes for a festive lunch out.  The Leisure Club is known for their Intelligentsia coffee, which I hate to admit I haven’t tried yet.  I will one of these days!!  However, they also have great food.

I chose the crab cake and breakfast garden frittata for my brunch, while my husband went with the biscuit and sausage gravy and Belgian waffle with fresh fruit and homemade cream cheese.  My plate is in the front, his is in the background.

Little Miss stuck with goldfish and a breakfast bar – she’s still in that super-picky phase, so we typically pack snacks for her to eat.  Brian always thinks it doesn’t look like much food when it comes out, but by the time he’s finished eating he’s full – he just doesn’t have a bunch of leftovers that will go to waste.  I can actually finish my meal here, which is a rarity!  The crab cake was delicious – lots of meat, not much filler.

The service was excellent – even when Little Miss spilled her orange juice all over the floor!  All of the wait staff seem to help each other, which makes for a great dining experience.  If you’re in Pensacola, you should give this small downtown spot a try, especially if you’re a coffee drinker!  Look for the bright green chairs!

They’re always having great special events too – they had an amazing sounding wine dinner Sunday night, and I still want to make it in one Monday for grilled cheese, tomato soup, and a drink for $5!  I hope you enjoyed my virtual meal at a great Pensacola spot – I hope to be doing more in the future!

  1. Google Sites is a website builder that is quick and easy to learn. It is a lot better to
use additional words that are related to the keyword.
I attempted it a few times, and as addictive as
the game was with the GOOGLE letters inside the maze,
I didn’t obsess over it for hours.

  2. Thank you for another informative web site. Where else could I get that
kind of info written in such an ideal means? I’ve a undertaking that
I’m just now operating on, and I have been on the glance out for such information.
